Cancellation Policy 

At Realtotech, we recognize that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel services. Our cancellation policy ensures a transparent and fair process for all clients. 

How to Request a Cancellation 

Please submit all cancellation requests in writing to support@realtotech.com and include: 

  • Full Name 
  • Date of initial payment 
  • Specific service or campaign to be canceled 
  • Reason for cancellation 

Our team will review your request and respond within five (5) business days. 

 

Cancellation Timelines 

  • Within 30 Days of Purchase 

Full refund available, subject to conditions in our Refund Policy. 

  • After 30 Days 

You are responsible for any charges incurred. A prorated refund will be issued based on services delivered to date. 

  • Final 30 Days of Prepaid Contract 

May incur an early termination fee based on the remaining term and services rendered. 

 

Early Termination Fees 

These fees reflect our investment in your campaign and cover resources and third-party obligations. We aim to handle such situations fairly and are open to discussing alternative arrangements if needed.
